About Mr. Dennis Bisera Isomba
STEM Performance & Innovation Coach • Engineering Learning Designer • Educational Leader
I am Dennis Bisera Isomba (DeBISO), a STEM educator, engineering learning designer, and educational leader dedicated to preparing learners and educators for success in an innovation-driven world. With professional experience across Kenya, the Cambridge International curriculum, and the United States, I bring a global perspective to STEM education, combining scientific inquiry, engineering design, educational leadership, and emerging technologies to create meaningful learning experiences.
Currently serving as a Science & Engineering Educator and Engineering Pathway Lead with Anne Arundel County Public Schools (Maryland, USA), I work to strengthen STEM programmes through project-based learning, curriculum innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and instructional leadership. My approach extends beyond teaching content empowering learners to think critically, solve authentic problems, and develop the confidence to become future scientists, engineers, innovators, and leaders.
I collaborate with students, educators, schools, and organisations to design high-impact STEM learning experiences, makerspaces, professional development programmes, and educational consulting initiatives that bridge education with college, career, and workforce readiness.
"STEM education is not preparation for jobs that exist; it is preparation for the human capacity to build the world that should exist."
~ Mr. Dennis B Isomba
